Mia Ritchie has become the next player to recommit to Team Bath Netball for the 2020 Vitality Netball Superleague season.
The mid-court participant has signed up for her 11th season in Blue & Gold and first wore the franchise’s colors whilst studying at the University of Bath.
“It had been my dream to play Superleague netball when I came to the University of Bath and I likely would not have believed it if you said I’d still be in the squad 11 decades afterwards,” said Ritchie on the franchise’s official website.
“The Team Toilet apparel has such a legacy history. You never have for granted, sporting it and I am delighted to have the chance to do this again in 2020.
“It is the only team I’ve played in the Superleague and that I pride myself on being a one-club woman”
Team Bath missed out after a 54-39 loss to Wasps Netball in the semi-final to the Grand Final last season but went on to prevail Loughborough Lightning on the Last day of the year over to take next.
They approach the season and then move into the part of this Vitality Roses head trainer. Anna Stembridge will probably soon be in charge of their Superleague outfit and can be eager by the re-signing of Ritchie.
“Mia is a pocket rocket on the courtroom and a wonderful person who leads by example. She provides everything week on week in practice to ensure that not only is she’s actually in the very best shape but that her team-mates are prepared too.”
The 2020 Vitality Netball Superleague period will be shown live on Sky Sports together with the fixtures being declared on September, 30.
The Champion will happen all franchises taking on the side which finished closest to them at the conclusion of last season and around February, Team Bath will confront Loughborough Lightning at the Arena Birmingham.
On the side of Stembridge, Rachel Shaw and the defender Eboni Usoro-Brown have recommitted Together with Ritchie and yet, no new player signings have been announced.
