France have lost Thomas Ramos and hooker Peato Mauvaka for the Rugby World Cup at a mounting injury toll for Les Bleus in Japan.
Vincent Rattez will win within the United States in Fukuoka and replaces ramos twisted his left knee, the French rugby federation said on Friday.
