Jaguars +3.5 @ Panthers
Minshew mania is running rampant in Jacksonville and something different which is running wild is currently running back Leonard Fournette. Fournette’d 225 yards on the ground as the Jags stole a match from the Broncos that are winless and went into Denver. Carolina quarterback Kyle Allen was impressive but I can’t trust the Panthers or him as a favorite because they are that season.
Prediction: Panthers 21, Jaguars 22
Browns +3.5 @ 49ers
The Browns were excellent a week in Baltimore since they steamrolled the Ravens and are 10th in the NFL in total offense. Nick Chubb was amazing as he seems to do that in San Francisco on Monday night and conducted all game long. This will be the next night match for the Browns in just 3 months and the Niners are coming off a bye. The 49ers are 3-0 but were fortunate in wins against Tampa Bay and Pittsburgh. I am rolling with Baker Mayfield back since I think they have a sense for this particular prime-time game item along with the Niners are a straight up in their last seven matches.
Prediction: Browns 24, 49ers 21
Oregon State +12.5 vs UCLA
UCLA isn’t in playing the part of favored, great and Oregon State QB Jake Luton has nine touchdowns and no picks.
Prediction: Oregon State 20, UCLA 26
Stanford +22 vs Washington
The Cardinal haven’t been overcome as October 2016, and Washington has been up in its final five matches at Stanford. Stanford head coach David Shaw maintains it fairly near.
Prediction: Stanford 20, Washington 30
