“If you’ve got a leader who wants complete control and believes he knows best about what then that will influence your employees.
“Although you are among the best clubs in the world, it doesn’t mean you’ve got to do the same thing because you did yesterday. You truly really feel as if you’re talking with a friend when you meet with Jurgen. He succeeds lots.
“To allow a guy into the club that had been pretty much unknown in England and convey to him’we want all of your knowledge to put it into the coaching programme’, which shows a good deal of confidence and excellent leadership.
“He’s great at getting the most out of individuals. It is a great deal more egocentric in clubs. There’s a pride among the gamers and the team. They feel a part of something unique.
“Occasionally I will stop and look at the players in front of me and think,’Oh, this is insane’. I’m working at a gigantic club that won the Champions League.
“Initially, I had a contract for the first half of the season then it was extended for the next half and I have one for the complete season.
“I really don’t believe many men and women are laughing today. I believe most folks in soccer seem on it and say,’Alright, there has to be something inside’.”
