Brighton ahead Leandro Trossard may not be back in action until after the next break that is global.
While he was off on international duty with 17, the 24-year-old picked up an injury in training.
He had to overlook the European Qualifier from Scotland and of Belgium having made a promising start – .
Brighton director Graham Potter stated:”It’s early stages with Leandro but he has felt something in his butt.
“We do not think that it is just as bad as originally thought.
“He is clearly not going to be accessible for the weekend and also another side of the next international fracture is probably what we’re aiming for now.
“At the early stage, it’s tough to put a lot more of a timescale on it”
Trossard was signed by brighton from Genk a month and he opened his account against West Ham.
Has been named in the group four times although he has to make his debut.
Brighton yield to Premier League action at home to Burnley and in addition they have matches from Chelsea, Newcastle and Spurs before the second round of international action.
