Manchester United defender Matteo Darmian has joined Serie A side Parma on a four-year deal.
The 29-year-old was signed up by former Old Trafford manager Louis van Gaal from Italian side Torino for a reported fee of 12.7m in July 2015.
The Italy went on to make 92 appearances for the club, so helping him into the FA Cup in his first season.
But he made just seven appearances for United last year and has not featured at all that term.
Darmian and only 13 times for the club had played since December 2017 and his contract was due to expire in 2020.
His move comes following fellow defender Chris Smalling made to connect Roma on loan whilst Romelu Lukaku and forward Alexis Sanchez have combined Inter Milan.
With the Italian he was eager to move 12 weeks ago, united manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer had been willing to let Darmian depart.
