Rain wind and tornadoes have now arrived at Japan, with Typhoon Hagibis placing in Rugby World Cup match cancellations.
The conditions have seen Englands Pool C clash with France and New Zealand Pool B game against Italy called off.
A decision will be reached at 12am (BST) on Sunday over if Scotland along with World Cup hosts Japans crucial Pool A experience in Yokohama will go ahead.
World Rugby has urged fans not to travel unless it isabsolutely crucial, together with flight and train services heavily disrupted.

Typhoon Hagibis, shutting in from the Pacific, attracted heavy rainfall in wide areas of Japan before its landfall, including Shizuoka and Mie prefectures, south-west of Tokyo, in addition to Chiba to the north, that had suffered power outages and damaged homes from the months typhoon.
A tornado ripped through Chiba overturning a vehicle in Ichiharas town and killing a man inside.

Hagibis, sospeed in Filipino, was progressing northwestward with highest sustained winds of 100 mph , according to the Japan Meteorological Agency.
Troops and some 17,000 police have been called up, status prepared for saving operations.
