Najila Trindade along with her former partner are to be billed from Paris Saint-Germain forward Neymar, authorities state.
A model, trindade, faces costs of fraud, slanderous denunciation and extortion.
Her former partner Estivens Alves is accused of displaying sensual articles, which was then published online.
It comes following Trindade went to police in the city of Sao Paulo earlier this year alleging she was mistreated by Neymar in May at a Paris hotel.
Neymar said their connections were consensual and had denied the claims.
About Instagram at June, he also posted a seven-minute video where he explained:”Anyone who knows meknows of my behaviour, knows that I would never do something like that.”
With police attributing a lack of evidence against the Brazil international the case from the 27-year-old was dropped at the end of July.
At the time Neymar stated he was relieved, adding:”This scar would remind me that human beings could do good things, but also the worst”
Sao Paulo state prosecutor Estefania Paulin had stated Trindade didn’t create any of the signs she claimed she had, such as a video that proved Neymar assaulted her.
Ms Paulin added:”The authorities officers requested her to plug in her phone to a computer so she could watch the movie, but she didn’t wish to do this. She refused to deliver her phone, and afterwards she stated it was stolen.”
Prosecutors said the real injury to Ms Trindade would be for her finger, along with health care reports could not prove she had been raped.
